Rules and Regulations:
1. Have fun!
2. All rosters/waivers must be signed and turned in before your first game.
3. There will be four 6 minute quarters; the clock will also stop on every whistle. 5 minute running half.
4. Three full time outs per game. One additional time out in overtimes. Time outs will be for one minute. A second overtime will be sudden death and start with a jump ball.
5. Overtimes will last 2 minutes.
6. No three point shots, no full court press, and no zone defense.
7. A team that is not ready to play 10 minutes after the scheduled time will forfeit. Teams should be ready to play 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
8. All technical and intentional fouls will result in the automatic awarding of two points.
9. The referees are in charge of the game. The referees are volunteers and have the full backing of the tournament committee. Coaches may talk with referees during time-outs and half time. All referee decisions are final!
10. If the tournament is canceled the registration fees will be refunded.
11. Players may play up a grade; they may not play down. Players may play for one team only.
12. Players are asked to raise their hands on fouls, to help our scorers.
13. No organization or individual will be held responsible for any injury occurred.
14. Official women’s ball will be used in all divisions. No practice balls will be supplied.
15. All jerseys must be numbered on the back, preferably on the front and back. Shorts must be basketball style shorts…no cut offs etc. (Should a team have two colors of tops, please bring both colors.)
16. Concessions will be available.
17. Each team needs to supply one person to run the clock/score book.
18. 2 Coaches and the person who is helping with the clock/score book will get in free.
