7-8 AM Wrestling begins at 9:00 AM for Pee Wee and Bantam
11AM-12PM Wrestling begins at 1:00 PM for novice and senior |
1. After February 22nd, entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis at the door as space allows.
2. 4 person round robin
3. Matches will consist of three 1 minute periods. Sudden Death overtime will be held in case of a tied score at the end of regulation
4. Skin conditions, dyed hair or any other participation criteria that is questioned will be evaluated and decided according to Iowa High School Athletic Association Rules.
5. The use of headgear optional, but ENCOURAGED.
6. Decisions of the referee will be final, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!
7. This is an individual meet; no team points will be kept. No school equipment is allowed. Wrestlers should wear their own equipment.
8. Any person causing trouble or doing damage on school property will be held responsible for such damage and be ruled ineligible for the rest of the day.
9. Participants will be responsible for their own personal items (clothing, radios, etc).
10. Admission will be charged to everyone, except wrestlers & workers.
11. Due to inclement weather please check KCCI or WHO.
12. No COOLERS allowed! Concession stand will be available.
13. No Crockpots allowed! Concession stand will be available.
14. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES. PLEASE RESPECT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE VOLUNTEERED THEIR TIME.
